A Little Bit About Our Leather Handbags
Our handbags are very, very unique, and therefore difficult to compare to any others. First of all, they are rather hard shelled, and typically modest in decoration. Our designs favor those beautiful women who wear blue jeans, and who have a collectors eye. You see, our bags are made of the same leathers that are normally used for expensive saddles and bridles, not the soft leather of the other designers. Every single bag is individually made; we have no mass production. Each piece is cut out, formed, dyed, assembled and finished by hand. Since we use only full grain leather, all the scars, brands, skin lines and other various "range marks" are visible in the final product. The beauty of full grain leather is unmatchable in any cosmetically "enhanced" leather. You will also see that our bags are not sewn together. We favor our own lacing system, and the very rare art of nailing the pieces together. Funny, after having said that we are usually modest in our decoration, I suddenly realize that the combination of full grain leather and our nails and laces offer an unprecedented level of decor all their own. We sincerely hope that you enjoy our bags as much as we enjoy making them.
